You might have heard musicians
at an event you have attended, and would like similar musical entertainment at your event. Perhaps you are considering a themed
event, where you are looking for ideas, or you might like a specific musician on our website. Do contact us, even if you are
not able to find what you are looking for; we have many contacts in the music business and are able to find a wide range of
musical entertainment!
We offer a no obligation meeting
at our offices in Old Hatfield, to discuss music options; alternatively we are able to arrange a suitable time for a detailed
telephone conversation, or to correspond by email. A number of overseas clients prefer this option!
If you decide to book our musicians, we will send a contract with full
details of your event, including timings, the venue and your requirements. When the contract is signed and a deposit paid,
the booking is confirmed. The musicians then contact you directly to discuss your requirements. They are able to make suggestions
and also work with you to create the best possible entertainment for your guests. We are also available to discuss anything
with you at any time too.
The service we offer you includes:

Informal telephone meeting to discuss what you want from the musicians

All musicians have Public Liability Insurance and all of their equipment
is PAT Tested

All musicians arrive at least 30 minutes before they are booked to start
performing, to set up, sound check, assess the venue etc.

The musicians make sure they are not disturbing any activity prior to their
playing that might disturb guests.
Food for musicians: We do request that refreshments are supplied for musicians
playing for more than 2 hours. The musicians take breaks. We do not expect the musicians to be fed the same as your guests.
We suggest that either sandwiches and soft drinks are supplied by yourselves or that you ask the Chef to provide a 'pastabake'
for the musicians with soft drinks.
