Suggestions for music to include in a funeral or memorial service

We are always happy to suggest music and readings to include in funeral or memorial service. It is really important that you consider what the tastes were of the person that has passed away. Perhaps they had a special song, or a favourite piece of music. We have had clients that chose specific music because it reminded them of the passed person.

If you are having a service in a church an organ will provide you with live music: to lead the hymns. Here are some suggestions of suitable hymns. The organ will also play during quiet moments in the service - for example when the congregation arrive before the service. Here are some examples of suitable organ music.
